What is “TaylorFest”?

TaylorFest, previously known as Harvest Festival, is Taylor PTA’s biggest fundraiser of the year! This annual community event features a Walkathon, Festival, Auction, Drawing, and Food Truck Extravaganza. Our theme this year is Beach Vibes & Tiger Pride! Funds raised support student enrichment programs, including BGS Kids (P.E.), Art Vista, school assemblies, field trips, classroom supplies, school improvements and much more! Every contribution helps make a difference for Taylor students!

How is the money raised?

Students collect pledges from family and friends for the Walkathon. There are prizes and incentives for the students and families. The Festival is a big celebration held the same day as the Walkathon. All money raised at both the Walkathon and Festival goes to the PTA budget. Walkathon pledges can be made with cash, checks and/or online at: bit.ly/TaylorFest2026

What is the schedule for TaylorFest? 

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Walkathon 

5:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Festival & Food Trucks 

6:45 PM: Drawing winner called

7:00 PM: Online Auction closes (Runs all week)

What is the Basket Auction?

Each class has put together an incredible themed gift basket full of donated items from Taylor families, featuring LEGO Palooza, Gift Card Bonanza, Spa and Pampering, and so much more! You can even bid to make your child Principal for a day! The auction will be held from 5-7pm at the Festival. Don't miss out!

How does the Drawing work?

Enter for a chance to win 4 Disneyland Park Tickets! Each drawing ticket is $5, or 5 tickets for $20. The winner will be announced at 6:45pm at TaylorFest. You do not need to be present to win. Purchase them the day of the event or online at: Taylor-pta.square.site

Will there be Games?

Absolutely! Get ready for tons of exciting games and inflatable slides! Purchase a wristband for unlimited games and slides for $25 at the event or save $5 and purchase now for $20! Buy early and save at: Taylor-pta.square.site

What’s the Food Truck Extravaganza?

Enjoy plenty of savory & sweet food truck options and take a seat with your family at our picnic tables, while listening to music played by the DJ.  

Will there be TaylorFest T-Shirts?

Yes! PTA will provide shirts for all students. You can donate to help reduce the overall shirt costs and also purchase a shirt for family & friends at: Taylor-pta.square.site
